Welcome to Shemor. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Organic Nature: Our products are organic and sourced directly for your health. Due to their natural origin, slight variations in colour, size, or texture may occur.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Courier Partners: Delivery services are provided by third-party partners including Pathao, Steadfast, REDX, and eCourier.

  • Delivery Charges: Standard rates are 70 BDT inside Dhaka and 130 BDT outside Dhaka.

  • Special Handling: For glass bottle items, Shemor subsidizes the higher delivery costs (which range from 90–160 BDT) to keep shipping affordable for you.

  • Timelines: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days within Dhaka and 2–4 business days outside Dhaka.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

5. User Conduct and Returns

  • Inspection Policy: It is mandatory for customers to inspect products immediately upon delivery in the presence of the courier agent.

  • Perishable Items: Since we deal with sensitive organic items, claims made after the delivery person has left may not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Cancellations: Orders cancelled after being marked "Out for Delivery" will require the customer to pay the full delivery charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Shemor shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

  • We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased will meet your personal expectations perfectly, although we strive for the highest organic standards.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
