Shipping Policy: Shemor

At Shemor, we strive to deliver our fresh organic products to your doorstep in the shortest possible time while ensuring maximum quality and safety.

1. Delivery Charges

Our delivery rates are determined based on your location and the nature of the products:

  • Inside Dhaka: Standard delivery charge is 70 BDT.

  • Outside Dhaka: Standard delivery charge is 130 BDT.

  • Special Packaging (Glass Bottles): For premium products in glass bottles, the actual logistics cost is higher—up to 140–160 BDT outside Dhaka and 90–110 BDT inside Dhaka—due to weight and fragility. However, Shemor subsidizes these costs to provide extra benefit to our customers.

2. Delivery Timelines

We work with top-tier courier partners (Pathao, Steadfast, REDX, and eCourier) to ensure timely delivery:

  • Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.

  • Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

3. Inspection at Delivery

  • Mandatory Check: Since we deal with perishable organic items, customers are required to inspect the products thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person.

  • Immediate Reporting: Any quality or quantity issues must be reported at the exact time of delivery. Once the delivery person leaves, we cannot guarantee returns for freshness.

4. Cancellation & Failed Delivery

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled without any charge before they are processed for shipping.

  • Out for Delivery: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been marked as "Out for Delivery," you must pay the full delivery charge to compensate for the logistics cost incurred by our partners.

Shemor-এ আমরা আমাদের ফ্রেশ অর্গানিক পণ্যগুলো সর্বোচ্চ গুণমান এবং নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করে স্বল্পতম সময়ের মধ্যে আপনার দোরগোড়ায় পৌঁছে দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি।

১. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

আমাদের ডেলিভারি রেট আপনার অবস্থান এবং পণ্যের ধরণের ওপর ভিত্তি করে নির্ধারিত হয়:

  • ঢাকার ভেতরে: স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৭০ টাকা।

  • ঢাকার বাইরে: স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১৩০ টাকা।

  • বিশেষ প্যাকেজিং (কাঁচের বোতল): কাঁচের বোতলে প্রিমিয়াম পণ্যের ওজন এবং ভঙ্গুরতার কারণে প্রকৃত লজিস্টিক খরচ অনেক বেশি (ঢাকার বাইরে ১৪০-১৬০ টাকা এবং ঢাকার ভেতরে ৯০-১১০ টাকা)। তবে গ্রাহকদের বাড়তি সুবিধা দিতে Shemor এই খরচে ভর্তুকি প্রদান করে থাকে।

২. ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা

সঠিক সময়ে ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করতে আমরা শীর্ষস্থানীয় কুরিয়ার পার্টনারদের (Pathao, Steadfast, REDX এবং eCourier) সাথে কাজ করি:

  • ঢাকার ভেতরে: আনুমানিক ২-৩ কর্মদিবস।

  • ঢাকার বাইরে: আনুমানিক ২-৪ কর্মদিবস।

৩. ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য যাচাই

  • বাধ্যতামূলক পরীক্ষা: যেহেতু আমরা পচনশীল অর্গানিক পণ্য নিয়ে কাজ করি, তাই গ্রাহকদের অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে পণ্যগুলো পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খভাবে পরীক্ষা করে নিতে।

  • তাৎক্ষণিক রিপোর্ট: গুণমান বা পরিমাণের কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে তা ডেলিভারির ঠিক ওই মুহূর্তেই রিপোর্ট করতে হবে। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর পণ্যের ফ্রেশনেসের বিষয়ে আমরা কোনো রিটার্ন গ্যারান্টি দিতে পারি না।

৪. অর্ডার বাতিল ও ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থতা

  • প্রসেসিং-এর আগে: শিপিংয়ের জন্য প্রসেস হওয়ার আগে যেকোনো অর্ডার কোনো চার্জ ছাড়াই বাতিল করা যাবে।

  • ডেলিভারির জন্য বের হওয়ার পর: যদি অর্ডারটি "Out for Delivery" হওয়ার পর আপনি বাতিল করতে চান, তবে লজিস্টিক খরচ পুষিয়ে নিতে আপনাকে সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
